Ingredients
Salad
4 cups mixed greens, washed
1 Honeycrisp apple, washed and sliced
1 cup grapes, washed and cut in half
1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped
tablespoon honey
tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix vinegar, shallot, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, whisking until emulsified.
